By installing, accessing, or using FlowFill AI ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ClickMaker IT Solutions ("Company", "we", "us").

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Extension. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

FlowFill AI is a Chrome browser extension that uses AI to automatically fill web forms. The service operates on a credit-based model where users purchase form-fill credits through one-time payments.

• New accounts receive 20 complimentary form-fill credits upon registration.
• Additional credits can be purchased through our recharge plans (Spark, Blaze, Inferno).
• Credits are non-transferable and tied to your account.
• Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.

By using FlowFill AI, you agree to:

• Use the Extension only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent the Extension's security measures.
• Not share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.
• Not use the Extension to fill forms with fraudulent, misleading, or harmful data.
• Not attempt to manipulate or exploit the credits system.
• Provide accurate information when registering and making payments.

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a purchase, you agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service in addition to ours.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are one-time charges — there are no recurring subscriptions.
• Credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment verification.
• Payments are final subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

All content, code, design, trademarks, and materials in FlowFill AI are the exclusive property of ClickMaker IT Solutions. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClickMaker IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Extension.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the service. Upon termination, unused credits may be forfeited.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@clickmaker.in.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
