This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which ClickMaker IT Solutions ("we", "us") will issue refunds for purchases made through FlowFill AI. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
As FlowFill AI operates on a digital credits model, our refund policy is designed in accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules and standard practices for digital goods in India.
FlowFill AI sells digital form-fill credits — intangible digital goods that are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. Because credits are activated and usable immediately after purchase, they fall under the category of digital services that are typically non-refundable once consumed.
⚠️ Credits are activated instantly upon payment. Once credits have been used (form fills consumed), those used credits cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
We will process a full refund in the following situations:
- Duplicate Payment: You were charged twice for the same order due to a technical error.
- Payment Deducted, Credits Not Added: Your payment was successfully deducted but credits were not reflected in your account within 24 hours.
- Wrong Amount Charged: You were charged an amount different from the displayed plan price.
- Unauthorized Transaction: A payment was made on your account without your consent (subject to verification).
✅ Refund requests for the above reasons will be processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
The following are explicitly non-refundable:
- Credits that have already been used (form fills consumed).
- Partial use of a credit pack — unused portion of a pack where some credits were used.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Purchase of wrong plan (we can review on a case-by-case basis if no credits have been used).
- Account suspension due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.
Since FlowFill AI does not operate on a subscription model, there are no recurring charges to cancel. Each purchase is a one-time transaction.
If you wish to discontinue using the service, you may simply stop using the extension. Any unused credits in your account will remain valid indefinitely as long as your account is not suspended.
To request account deletion along with any unused credit refund, contact us at support@clickmaker.in before using the credits.
To request a refund, email us at support@clickmaker.in with the following details:
- Your registered email address.
- Razorpay Payment ID / Transaction ID (available on the payment success screen).
- Reason for refund request.
- Screenshot of the issue (if applicable).
Day 1–2: Acknowledgement
We acknowledge your refund request and begin review.
Day 3–5: Review & Verification
We verify the transaction with Razorpay and assess eligibility.
Day 5–7: Decision
We notify you of approval or rejection with reason.
Day 7–10: Refund Processed
Approved refunds are initiated via Razorpay back to original payment source.
