🕐 In rare cases of payment gateway delays, credits may take up to 24 hours to appear. Contact us if credits are not reflected after 24 hours.
Once credits are added to your account, you can access them immediately by:
- Opening the FlowFill AI Chrome Extension.
- Your updated credit balance will be visible in the extension popup.
- If the balance does not update immediately, click the credits badge to refresh or reopen the extension.
If you believe your payment was successful but credits were not added to your account, please follow these steps:
- Wait up to 30 minutes — some payment methods (e.g. netbanking) have delays in confirmation.
- Check your email for a payment confirmation from Razorpay.
- Reopen the extension and check the credit balance again.
- If credits are still missing after 24 hours, contact us with your Transaction ID.

As a fully digital product, FlowFill AI has no physical shipping infrastructure. The following do not apply to our service:
- No shipping address required.
- No courier, postal, or logistics partners involved.
